I am the principal of this school and now I am going to hire a new instructor for my school. There are two resumes from Lynn Whitnall and Debra Fines who are applying for the job, so I have to compare them and make a decision. First, Debra has more education than Lynn. Although Debra has more employment experience than Lynn, Lynn masters more languages than Debra. In addition, Lynn has won an award while Debra hasn't. After considering, I decide to hire Lynn Whitnall who I think is more suitable for this position.
